Oil
discovered in fracture basement, in Block 43 that operating by DNO
company. This new oil in this reservoir according to the
preliminary estimations will produce about 50,000 BOPD by the end
of 2006.This discovery is the third one in Masilah Basin (after
Block 14 and 10), and this discovery also confirm the oil
accumulation in basement in this basin
which means
the opportunity to find other basement oil in the other blocks in
this basin. |
